The first part of our mission is ‘to make disciples of Jesus.’ Really every single thing we do is meant to help people meet, know, love and follow Jesus as His disciple. Here you will find resources specifically how to re-arrange your life and live out the word of God, through the power and leading of His Spirit.

Discipleship Groups

Twice a month our men meet, usually at Church on Sundays at 9 am and the women meet Wednesday nights at 7 pm. In our discipleship groups our focus is to read the word of God together and ask the Holy Spirit how we are called to live it out in our real lives.

Discipleship Training Classes

Throughout the year our weekly prayer meetings, discipleship groups and monthly shepherding groups are vital places to live out our lives as disciples together. We also have focused classes in the summer and winter break from Shepherding Groups and limited discipleship groups. These classes help equip us with the language and resources we need to know how to grow for ourselves. These classes are essential for every member of the Church to attend, and we encourage members to continue to re-attend them until they have reached the goals of the class.

Our prayer is that our church would be full of people who are grounded deeply in the truth of God’s word, growing in the faith, and gifted in the power of the Holy Spirit.

For our grounded class, the goal is to be deeply grounded in the basic doctrines of the faith, you will understand the importance of creed’s and to be able to recknogize false teaching from truth, to know what the irreducible core of our faith is, how to share the gospel clearly with your friends, and understand for yourself the importance of the doctrines of the Bible, Trinity, Heaven, Hell and more.

For our growing class, the goal is to know how we grow in our relationship with the Lord, here we dive into what it means practically to enjoy a friendship with God and how to devope holy habits such as prayer, fasting, community, bible reading, and generosity, as well as how we grow in the fruits of the Spirit as we surrender our lives to Him and make room for His Spirit to fill us.

For our gifted class, we introduce you to the various manifestations of the Spirit listed in the New Testament, and equip you on how you can begin to discern what Gifts God has given you to love people with His power. Our Goal for this class is that you would be comfortable in your own skin, because you know how God has uniquely blessed you to serve Him and His people.

Personal Bible Journaling

One of the practices we encourage at Epiphany is journaling God’s word, we encourage you to journal the passage we are going to study for Bible Study. You can hear short testimonies of the experience of regular folks from our Church on our podcast “No Ordinary Challenge: Journaling God’s Word” below!
